Creative Specifications
Technical requirements for advertising creatives on the YAXI TV network. All creatives must meet these specifications before submission. Creatives that don't meet requirements will be rejected during the review process.
Standard Display Format
All venue screens in the YAXI TV network display content in 16:9 landscape (horizontal) orientation at 1920×1080 resolution. All creatives must be designed for this format.

| Audio | Stereo AAC supported. Note: most venue screens are muted — creative must communicate the core message visually without audio. |
Design Standards
- Audio-independent: The creative must communicate its full message without audio. All essential copy and calls-to-action must be visible text or graphics.
- Text legibility: All key text must be legible from the primary viewing distance of typical venue screens (8–15 feet). Use large, high-contrast type. Body text minimum 36pt equivalent at 1080p; headlines 60pt+.
- High contrast: Sufficient contrast between text and background for clear visibility under variable venue lighting conditions.
- Brand identity: Brand logo or name must be clearly visible and legible.
- Single message: One brand, one offer, one call-to-action per creative.
- No flashing or strobing: Effects that flash or strobe rapidly are prohibited.
- No unreadable fine print: Legal disclaimers and fine print that are illegible at viewing distance are not permitted.
Content Standards
All creatives must comply with YAXI TV's advertising guidelines. Creatives are reviewed before being approved for delivery. Prohibited content includes adult material, deceptive claims, and categories restricted by platform policy.
Additionally, venues can configure ad category restrictions from their dashboards — campaigns must comply with each venue's category settings to be eligible for delivery on that venue's screens.
Submission and Review
Creatives for direct campaigns are submitted through the YAXI TV advertiser dashboard or by emailing advertising@yaxitv.com. For programmatic campaigns through Vistar Media or Google Ad Manager, creatives are reviewed through those platforms' standard processes.
Review time for direct campaign submissions is typically 1–2 business days.
