Advertising Guidelines

All advertising on the YAXI TV network must comply with these guidelines. Campaigns and creatives are reviewed against these standards before delivery is approved. Campaigns that violate these guidelines may be rejected, suspended, or removed.
Prohibited Content
The following content categories are prohibited from the YAXI TV network under all circumstances:
- Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
- Content promoting illegal products, services, or activities
- Deceptive, false, or misleading advertising
- Discriminatory, hateful, or harassing content
- Malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
- Content involving the depiction of minors in an inappropriate manner
- Violence or graphic imagery not appropriate for a commercial business environment
Restricted Categories
The following categories are permitted on the YAXI TV network subject to compliance with applicable laws and venue category restrictions:
- Alcohol: Permitted where legal and with required legal disclosures. Venues may block this category.
- Gambling and gaming: Permitted only where advertising is legal and with required disclosures. Venues may block this category.
- Political and advocacy advertising: Permitted with required disclosures. Venues may block this category. Issue advocacy is reviewed case by case.
- Pharmaceutical and medical: Permitted with required legal disclaimers. Claims must be substantiated.
- Financial services: Permitted with required regulatory disclosures where applicable.
Creative Standards
- All claims must be truthful and substantiated
- Required legal disclosures must be legible at viewing distance
- Brand names, pricing, and offer details must be accurate
- No flashing or strobing effects that may cause discomfort
- Audio: may be included but must not be required for the message — most venue screens are muted

Review Process
All creatives submitted for direct campaigns are reviewed by the YAXI TV team before being approved for delivery. Review typically takes 1–2 business days. Creatives that don't meet specifications or content standards will be rejected with a reason provided. Advertisers may revise and resubmit rejected creatives.
For programmatic campaigns delivered through Vistar Media or Google Ad Manager, creatives are subject to the content policies of those platforms in addition to YAXI TV's guidelines.
Venue Category Restrictions
Individual venue partners can configure ad category restrictions for their screens. Campaigns eligible for delivery on the YAXI TV network may still be blocked at specific venues if the venue has restricted the relevant category. Advertisers cannot override venue-level restrictions.
