Proof-of-Play Verification

Every ad impression on the YAXI TV network generates a verified, timestamped proof-of-play record. This is not an estimate or a model — it is a machine-generated log created by the player device at the moment the ad displays on the screen.

Proof-of-play is how we build verifiable accountability between advertisers who pay for impressions and the venues that deliver them.

What Every Impression Log Contains

  • Screen ID: The unique identifier of the specific screen device that served the impression — traceable to a specific physical location.
  • Creative ID: The identifier of the specific ad creative that played.
  • Campaign and line item ID: The campaign and flight associated with the impression.
  • Timestamp: The exact date, time, and time zone when the ad began playing — accurate to the second.
  • Duration: How long the ad displayed, in seconds.
  • Venue metadata: Venue type, geographic region, and screen position metadata.

For Advertisers

Your YAXI TV advertiser dashboard shows real-time impression counts, delivery pacing, and breakdown by venue type and market. At campaign end, download a complete proof-of-play report showing every impression served.

  • Real-time impression counter in the campaign dashboard
  • Screen-level and venue-level delivery breakdown
  • Exportable impression logs in CSV format
  • Delivery pacing against campaign budget

Important note: POP confirms display on the screen for the logged duration. It does not independently verify that any specific individual was watching the screen at that moment. Viewership is estimated from venue traffic data, not measured from POP records.

For Venues

Venue earnings are calculated directly from proof-of-play logs. There is no estimation or averaging — your payout is based on the exact number of verified impressions your screens delivered during the billing period. Venue partners can review their POP data and download impression logs from their dashboard.

Screens that are offline cannot generate POP records. Downtime directly reduces monthly revenue — another reason to maintain screen uptime as an operational priority.

Data Retention

POP records are retained for a minimum of 12 months. This enables campaign auditing, billing dispute resolution, and historical reporting for both venues and advertisers.
